Staff are super friendly and helpful but there is only three counters for what seems like a very busy branch. Also their computer systems seem to crash a lot. Cash, cheque and coin deposit machines available. They have a coin counter machine that gives you a paper receipt that you have to get in the queue with. You can make appointments and pre order change bags online to speed things up.
Long queues. Not enough counters. However staff is very friendly and they do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and help you out. They have self service machines for depositing cash and do daily banking however not very private. It is very small inside. I have seen people queuing outside the bank some times. But as I say it is not the fault of the staff but bank policy to cut the staff and customers have to suffer

The customer service we received today was exceptional! We had an appointment to discuss opening a new account and we were offered a tea or coffee by the friendly lady who greeted us, I've never had that in a bank before! Karen who met with us was incredibly nice and even though we were unable to open an account in the end as we didn't have proof of address, she tried every avenue to help us get this and was so lovely throughout the whole thing even after it was clear that we wouldn't be able to sign up. All the customers who came in while we were there were treated like old friends and it is clear that good old customer service is the highest priority at this bank.
Very helpful and friendly staff! Excellent facilities ( paying in machine and staff operated access to internet personal account!)

As a new patient I found them helpful and friendly and the premises were new and very clean. The dentist's explanation of what was needed to be done was excellent.
Friendly staff and easy to get an appointment
3 Oldbury Ct Rd, Bristol BS16 2HH, UK – 0117 965 1501
The dentist was great but the reception staff leave something to be desired. They weren't rude but they don't look at you when talking to you, they don't speak clearly and aren't that friendly.
I was given an urgent appointment today within 3 hours of phoning. The receptionist was extremely polite and didn't question my need. I was seen promptly on arrival by my dentist (as usual in my experience at this practise) and received prompt professional attention. I would recommend this practice to anyone new to the area who is looking for dental treatment.

Very helpful and gave me lots of advice with my teeth. Helped me get an exemption on my dentist appointments. Book weeks in advance if you want an appointment.
Brooklea Health Centre, Wick Rd, Brislington, Bristol BS4 4HU, UK – 0117 330 4300
Fast appointment time and treatment for 3 different issues were administered in the same Saturday morning appointment. Dr Rees was professional, efficient and resourceful. I left feeling reassured with my diagnoses and treatments. Small amount of car parking space but there is some on road parking as well. Very useful to have evening and weekend availability.
After a near-fatal accident the practice was fantastic in every possible way

Doctors are great. Reception is very friendly. Rarely seeing own doctor. Main big minus is ringing at 8am and finding that i am on a queue of regularly of 15 people. Getting an appointment is within week vitally impossible
39 Beechwood Rd, Bristol BS16 3TD, UK – 0117 908 2365
Excellent practice. Very efficiently managed and very easy to make appointments. Receptionists very helpful and overall a very good practice. Easy to obtain prescriptions. GP I saw very open and helpful. Would recommend this practice.
An amazing practice. I have been with them for more than 40 years and would never change. Doctors and nurses are so caring. Receptionists do a great job under very stressful conditions.

Great place. No waiting time just straight in for my X Ray. Parking isn't free so you might want to park outside.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean building. Short waiting times. Always had a very good experience here. NHS at its finest.

I worked here for nearly 20 years as a member of a mental health community team based in various locations around the site. Fond memories of this beautiful, atmospheric place which is part of the fabric of our social history. It actually started life as a prisoner of war camp for French prisoners from the American war of independence and the Napoleonic wars. Note the carved stone plaque written in French. The Glenside part of the hospital is now the health and social care campus for UWE. I came in early on my very last day and walked around the site taking these pictures. Enjoy.
Trained there in the late 1950's -1961. I lived in the nurses home which was the prison cells for French prisoners, donkeys years ago. I have many happy memories doing my training.

Thank you for accommodating 9 of us last minute. Set menu B was delicious. Portions are generous. All the sauces are home made. The starters prawn toast, battered prawn, chicken satay were wonderful and fresh. The crispy duck pancakes were exquisite. Service was attentive and always with a smile. Highly rate this place will come again.
Starters (Starter Trio) were delicious, accompanied by selection of sauces. Main meals (Prawn Pad Thai and Tamarind Duck with broccoli) were even better. Tamarind duck was super soft, falling apart in your mouth, perfectly steamed broccoli (softer than fresh but still slightly crunchy) all with a rather rich sauce perfect for dipping. Pad Thai arrived in a generous but not too big portion. Prawns were fresh and so was everything on the plate - full of flavour. We have also ordered Thai Iced Tea, although very tasty it was VERY sweet. However, I've had mine and half of my girlfriends anyway 😊. Everyday Thai has amazing staff, welcoming, helpful, and extremely polite! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back here soon. It's a good idea to book your table in advance as the restaurant was full when we arrived and stay like that throughout the 2 hours that we have been there. Forgot to add; prices are reasonable. You'll be getting very good food for the amount of money you're paying and you definitely won't be hungry!

Never let me down when me and my partner have fancied a great burger! Honestly one of my favourite burger restaurants of all time. Delicious food and great staff, also the music playlist is the best.
On a crisp Friday lunchtime in mid April I arrived at the Burger Joint along with a party of 3 others and was positively greeted at the door by a friendly server. I was impressed with the stylish red decor and welcoming feel of the restaurant. The prices that are drawn out are fair and match up to the quality of food I received however the menu was complicated and took me a while to get my head around. Instead of a set menu Burger Joint offers a ‘create your own’ menu in which you can choose from a selection of cuts of meat, toppings and sides. With so many different options available I was overwhelmed by the vast amount of flavour combinations before my eyes. After some considerable time designing my own burger the wait time was admirable and left a perfect amount of time to catch up with those around me whilst not becoming too omnivorous. The atmosphere of the place was chilled and stylish and the burgers were delicious with amicable fries and salad. On the whole a great experience with only the stress of having to design the burger yourself the only downfall; a set menu would have been preferable.

Great service at this place. Love the prices - large portions to keep the kids fed well! (With free parking too.)

My first child went to Warmley preschool and she loves it. She loves it more on the days where she stays lunch club as she gets to eat with the teachers, and that is something she loves. My second child used to cry when her sister was at preschool and would try to get in with the other children. Now she is allowed in, its like she is getting the best thing ever every day. The staff are friendly and informative, they engage with parents which makes you feel part of the preschool. Its lovely when you get a chance to go in and have a play with the children. I'm more than happy with the preschool.
My 2 children go here and love it. Great staff and fantastic preparation for school

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 5m digital planetarium experience to 60 Year 1 pupils at King's Oak Academy Primary (The Acorn). I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The morning was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, visiting the International Space Station, handling a meteorite, learning about different round space shapes and flying through the rings of Saturn. Thank you King's Oak Academy Primary for a very pleasant visit.
I made lots of new friends and it's a good school but the teachers don't really listen and the headmaster don't really do any thing just wants to make a laugh and every one be happy but the teachers don't really teach any thing and their is a lot of trouble in that school most boys but if you have a troubled child that needs help in school don't go their you will get bullied I'll give it a 3 out of 5

Lovely small school with a great atmosphere. What is nice is that everyone knows each other whether in reception or year 6. Teachers are all friendly and easy to talk to. Early and late clubs available so easy to fit around work.
Small and friendly school with great teachers and a brilliant head

3A tutors are very professional and organised. 3A tutors make entering exams as an external candidate easy and stress free. They do everything they can to help candidates and the examinations themselves always run like clockwork. I could not praise them highly enough!
If you are looking for an independent place to sit GCSE or A level examinations then look no further. 3A tutors are an extremely professional and well organised organisation who will guide you through the process in a clear and concise manner. They make the whole experience as stressfree as possible. The staff are amazing as is the level of support they provide to their candidates. They conduct their exams in an informal atmosphere whilst maintaining the stringent examination conditions. Students who struggle with exam nerves or anxiety may find the centre a less intimidating environment.

Excellent School! We are very pleased with the school and the progress we see in our daughter. We are impressed with the standard of her education and her academic development. We find the ACE material to be very thorough and our daughter is excelling with good grades in all subjects. During her time at the school she has been encouraged to persevere and overcome subjects she did not like. Support given in Maths has now transformed her into an A grade Maths student, a subject which she now enjoys. The conduct and manner of the children is excellent. We are very happy with the ethos of the school, promoting Christian values, with staff nurturing good and kind behaviour. Bullying is not an issue. As well as academically our daughter has grown in confidence and personal character. As parents we are confident that our daughter is in a safe caring environment and is well supported by the teachers and staff to reach her full potential on many levels. We Recommend it highly.
Carmel Christian School is an excellent school, where children thrive in all aspects of life. My 3 children gained a wonderful level of education and developed spiritually, morally and physically. Two of my children went on to university to study and one went self employed and created a successful career for themselves. ACE is a wonderful foundation of education, giving children the opportunities to be successful in life and create good discipline in their lives personally. The school has a lovely family feel with dedicated staff. It has a strong Christian ethos and is closely linked with Carmel Christian Church.
