Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Hanham

Everyday Thai Restaurant

11 New Station Rd, Bristol BS16 3RP, UK – 0117 965 7007

Can't recommend this cafe enough. The staff were so attentive and took the time to conversate with us, even with a full restaurant. I have an interest in Thailand, and the waitress started a conversation with me about places to go for my next visit and was endlessly enthusiastic and friendly. The meal itself gave me nostalgia for Thailand! Authentic, special and presented beautifully. Fragrant sauce, fresh vegetables and soft noodles - just perfect. The waitresses even came along later with extra fresh chili for me, without any prompting. I wanted to try everything on the menu, but sadly I had to leave Bristol the next day. If I'm ever back in the county, I'll make the journey to this excellent place again.

Will definitely be coming here on my next visit to Bristol. The duck appetizer was fantastic, and their pad Thai was one of the best I've ever had. Make sure to book in advance as they're quite popular and rightly so. Took us a few days of trying to get a table before they were able to get us one towards the end of the night prior to closing, but despite that the service was fantastic and we didn't feel rushed at all. This place is easily a top 3 candidate for best restaurants in Bristol.

La Piazza 1

777 Fishponds Rd, Bristol BS16 3BS, UK – 0117 965 0111

Always amazing food at reasonable prices. Such a warm welcome from staff. Can't rate this restaurant highly enough

The Crown Inn

126 Bath Rd, Longwell Green, Bristol BS30 9DE, UK – 0117 932 2846

Quite nice this one, Good selection of beers available at the bar and a good hearty menu, with food a available all day. The place has a good size car park and a lovely little beer garden for dry or summer days .The interior is well furnished and decorated ideal for whiling away a few hours in good company. As you would expect the ladies and gents toilets where well appointed and clean & tidy. On the day the staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a very nice experience. ps if you find this review helpful, please give it a 👍

What you would expect from a harvester. Food is fine, nothing special but perfect for a quick meal to fill you up. Our little boy loves the salad bar and it saves him from waiting ages to eat when he's hungry.
